While its often the music and live performances that draw locals and visitors to the Chippewa Valley Multicultural Festival in Phoenix Park (300 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire), area businesses and sponsors continue to breathe new life into the annual effort.

The 2026 iteration was sponsored by Joining Our Neighbors Advancing Hope (JONAH), Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association (ECAHMAA), the Eau Claire Community Foundation, Eau Claire Community Nexus, among others.

From 11:30am-4:30pm on Sept. 13, performances included Nicaraguan traditional folk dance, the Hmong Siab Zoo Dance Program and Qeej Club, plus "Los Alegres Bailadores" of Mexico.

Eau Claire's own Irie Sol returned to this year's Multicultural Festival with a collection of reggae and jazz-infused songs – perfect for dancing to.

Food from local vendors was available to purchase, artisans and vendors shared their crafts and sponsors provided resources to continue involvement following the festival.
