Great food and drink, wide open views of the rolling hills we love and some darn good country music – that's "Wisco style." This year at Hoofbeat (formerly known as Country Fest) locals and visitors alike called the Cadott festival grounds home all weekend long for the 2026 festival.

Festival-goers were out there dancing their hearts out to a lineup of heavy-hitting country music favorites, including headlining sets from Jason Aldean, Bailey Zimmerman and Kane Brown.

Between sets, attendees had the chance to camp beneath the wide-open Wisconsin sky, toss some bean bags (or cornhole, if you prefer), peruse local vendors and catch plenty of great regional talent on the venue's side stages.

The good times don’t stop here, though! If you are already itching to get back to country music and dance, organizers have now unveiled the "40 Years Wild" theme for Hoofbeat 2027 – slated for next summer, June 24-26.

Expect plenty of "Life is a Highway" singalongs as Rascal Flatts makes a highly anticipated return to the festival stage for the first time since 2015. Needless to say, it's shaping up to be another legendary weekend under the Wisconsin sky!
