The Chippewa Valley Museum's (CVM) annual Folk Arts Festival returned to the Carson Park grounds on Saturday, Feb. 28, for an afternoon of cross-generational arts and culture.
This year's fest brought live presentations, performances, interactive workshops and dozens of vendors under one roof (1204 E. Half Moon Dr., Eau Claire) – coinciding with the museum's current installation, "Tattoo: Identity Through Ink."
Artists and vendors spanned woodworking, beekeeping, violin restoration, fiber arts and more. Further celebrating the museum's tattoo installation, local artist Ty Morse of El Camino Skate Shop was tattooing on site; henna tattoos were also offered thanks to Sabine Stark and Hannah Danovsky.
