The Chippewa Valley's River Country Co-op held its third annual car show this past Sunday, Aug. 17, with 60 registered vehicles pulling up to participate. Automobiles from a range of eras – and diverse aesthetics and modifications – were on display from 10am-2pm at the Eau Claire Travel Center (5924 33rd Ave., Eau Claire). Public voting and a judges panel crowned winners in eight categories:

• Vehicles from 1959 and older: Larry Stainke
• Vehicles from the 1960s: Mike Paape
• Vehicles from the 1970s: Sam Paape
• Vehicles from the 1980s-1990s: Jim Daniel
• Vehicles from 2000-2014: Bob Henri
• Vehicles from 2015-present: Summer Harrison
• Trucks 1959 and older: Jerry Anderson
• Trucks 1960-present: Doug Kavis
• Best in Show: Jerry Anderson
