The third annual Ice Cream Fest was held on Saturday, June 15, from 12-4pm thanks to host Ramone's Ice Cream Parlor (503 Galloway St., Eau Claire). In partnership with local organization Power of Perception, Inc., who also brought Self-Care With a Diverse Twist to the fest.
In honor of Ramone's Ice Cream's fifth anniversary in 2022, the biz pledged to continue giving back to the community in a big way: Ramone's is committing a total of $50,000 to five local nonprofits – Power of Perception, The Community Table, Eau Claire Public Schools Foundation Inc., Eau Claire County Humane Association, and Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley – over the next five years. Ice Cream Fest held a silent auction with proceeds going towards the donation.
The fest also offered bouncy houses, free food, balloon animals, an ice cream eating contest, and more.
