Santa Claus and his elves gave Altoona a special visit on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 10th Street Park for a couple of hours thanks to the Altoona Lions Club! From 4-6pm folks were invited to join Santa and the elf crew and view the North Pole Village display while sipping on hot chocolate and munchin' on cookies. The Vintage Christmas Express Train was also up for viewing.
