Downtown Eau Claire enjoyed its kickoff weekend of holiday festivities with the Wintertime in the City event, which featured free horse-drawn wagon rides, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, holiday tree displays, and more, all coinciding with Small Business Saturday on Nov. 26. Folks were out and about all day long – and so was the sunshine, thankfully – shopping local and taking part in the holiday-themed activities. 

Up next downtown: Folks will be able to enjoy the annual Clearwater Winter Parade on Friday, Dec. 2, with fireworks beginning at 6:30pm and the parade following.
