The first-ever Little Mekong Night Market was a hit this past Thursday, Sept. 15, over in downtown Eau Claire. More than a year in the making, the event brought Southeast Asian food, music, dancing, and more, stretching across Phoenix Park and outside the Pablo Center at the Confluence. Most food trucks and vendors were completely sold out before the sun even began setting – the all-day event beginning around 11am – the park bustling nearly the entire time with hundreds of people hanging out or passing through. 

Its organizers hope to continue hosting, and expanding, the event in the future.
