Ashley for the Arts returned for another year of its one-of-a-kind fundraising event, an annual three-day arts festival held in Arcadia. From Aug. 11-13 this year, Memorial Park is filled with folks ready to peruse the art and craft fair held on the grounds, food vendors, and off-stage entertainment, like axe throwing, a petting zoo, and more. This year's musical performers on the big stage included Train, Phillip Phillips, and Brooks & Dunn, among others.
Ashley for the Arts is a nonprofit, the festival was created by Ashley Furniture in 2009, and is one of the state's largest charity events.
