Cold weather and nasty winds didn’t slow these bikers down. The Frosty Toona Fat Tire three-mile race took place on Saturday, March 26, at River Prairie Park in Altoona. The racers started near the Prairie Place Apartment and crossed the finish line at the River Prairie Lower Pavilion. It was incredibly swift, the first-place finisher completed the race in just under 9 minutes.
