On Saturday, June 13, Eau Claire Justice League presented a live discussion with David Carlson, the Eau Claire County regional organizer for ACLU's Rights for All Campaign at Owen Park. Rights for All seeks to empower underserved demographics through voter education, election protection, and by teaching the importance of showing up at the polls. The discussion focused on race, law enforcement policy, and mass incarceration in Wisconsin.
