Fabulous Fall-Colors Farm Tour 2019

For Chippewa Valley Restaurant Week 2019, Volume One organized the "Fabulous Fall-Colors Farm Tour" on Saturday, September 28. Attendees visited four area farms for exclusive tours from the owners, including Farm Sweet Farm, Autumn Harvest Winery & Orchard, Harvest Moon Organics, and Blaeser Farms. People learned what makes each destination unique and how they get their products from their farm to markets, restaurants, and grocery stores. A box lunch was provided by Chef Amy Huo of Locavore Mobile Kitchen.
