Volume One's Food Truck Friday series kicked of its 2019 season at a new location on Friday, May 3. Local diners enjoyed a selection of food trucks and trailers offering meals, snacks, drinks, and deserts from 11am to 7pm on the "Great Lawn" in Phoenix Park, right in front of the Royal Credit Union offices in downtown Eau Claire.
