Downtown Eau Claire rang in 2019 with its annual New Year's Eve celebration, complete with activities for all ages all evening long, including the "Dragons of the North" lantern parade, live music at multiple venues, a party at The Lismore Hotel, and a midnight fireworks display at the confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers.
