Hosted by Hope in the Valley & Mayo Clinic Health System, the annual Half Moon Dragon Boat Festival is an action-packed day promoting community wellness and teamwork as it raises funds to support hospice services. The 2018 installment took place on August 4 at Half Moon Beach, with over 40 teams paddling sleek, Hong Kong-style dragon boats along a 250-meter course in the heart of Eau Claire.
