Volume One Magazine, in partnership with Silver Spring Foods, and with support from Visit Eau Claire, launched its new Food Truck Friday event series on Friday, July 13. For one Friday a month through October, area food trucks will gather in the "Railroad Lot" behind Galloway Grill in downtown Eau Claire. Each Friday will feature a different lineup of trucks offering meals, snacks, drinks and more for lunch, dinner and in between (11am–8pm). For more info, check out VolumeOne.org/foodtruckfriday
