Framed: Inside the World of Comics

Foster Gallery's new exhibition of artwork comes from mainstream and independent comics that demonstrates a group of artists finding a niche in a growing subculture of publishing. As the comic book industry's challenges continue to evolve, the blood, sweat, and years of dedication required for the art form remain. The exhibit can be seen until February 18 in the Foster Gallery of the Haas Fine Arts Center at UWEC.
