"Let it Glow!" Phoenix Park Tree Lighting

On Thursday, Dec 4, Downtown Eau Claire, Inc. brought some twinkle to town. The non-profit group organized an effort to put up holiday lights in Phoenix Park. Following a short ceremony, "Elsa" sang "Let it Glow" and patrons enjoyed free hot chocolate and popcorn from area businesses.
