On Thursday, August 7 the Eau Claire Regional Arts Council and Fabulous Florals & Fine Art Committee invited patrons to Petal Premiere - a fabulous celebration. The Eau Claire Regional Arts Center hosted the inaugural event featuring 13 teams of visual and floral artists.
