Arts West is a major juried art exhibit featuring regional artists at the L.E.Phillips Memorial Public Library. This year features 64 pieces from 49 artists in a variety of media. The juror for the exhibit is Elizabeth Tanenbaum, Director of New Visions Gallery in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
