This month at Raw Deal featured Jon Christiansen, Headbrewer of Lucette Brewing Co., Ryan Verdon and Eric Rykal avid local home brewers. They covered all brewing ingredients including; malted barley, hops, water, yeast. As well as talked about general brewing history and local/Wisconsin brewing history. And since Lucette Brewing Company is right here in Menomonie they will share about Lucette too. This event took place on Thursday, February 7.
