Art Cartel for the Animals

On Saturday, Sept. 24, local art collective The Art Cartel joined with the Barebones Theatre Company and local ad hoc band The Procrastinators for "A Day for the Animals" – a fundraising show/exhibit to benefit the Humane Association of Eau Claire County.
