The Battle Royale, Red Daughters, and The Michael Rambo Project

Hailing from Minneapolis came the colorful Fleetfoxes-meets-Beach-Boys vocals and textures of The Battle Royale, partway through their June tour with Red Daughters (also from MPLS) who put the "Can" in Americana. Joining them was The Michael Rambo Project, bringing pop, soul, and rock to a whole new level with audience participation, great vocals, electronics and stage energy. The show took place at the Grand Theater on Friday, June 11.
