Kids Construction Party

The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library kicked off its summer kids program with a big party on Monday evening, June 1. The party’s theme was “construction,” and since the children’s area of the library is currently under construction, that worked out pretty well. There were snacks, games, and live music from the The Teddy Bear Band.
