On his way back from an East Coast tour, Shane Leonard of Eau Claire bands Kalispell and Stoop Singers stopped into the studios of Wisconsin Public Radio and played a few songs on their Simply Folk program Sunday night.
Host Stephanie Elkins asked Shane about his experience teaching high school, the difference between poetry and lyrics and the always-awkward question of whether he goes by Shane or Kalispell.
Shane (or Kalispell, if you will) played a couple tracks off his upcoming full length, including "Lucky 100 Times" and "Marion" and a few folk standards.
