The 2011 Rock-n-Roll Kickball Classic (May 27 & 28) trophies got dropped off this week ... and we just had to try them out. It’s the only way to ensure they work properly. See, here at Volume One Magazine, quality assuredness is our top priority. We wouldn’t want the winners of this year’s kickball tournament to be handed a trophy unable to withstand their awesome victory. We’re happy to announce the trophies absolutely do function as expected. Photographic testing documentation:

 

We tested each trophy with a wide variety of victory stances and screaming volumes.

 

Our testers were able to grip the trophies comfortably while expressing a number of emotions ranging from “giddy delight” to “success-driven rage.”

 

We found the 1st Place Championship Trophy goes great with a celebratory flying ninjitsu kick.

Championship Trophies

  1st Place Trophy  w/ cash money ($500) + a mini-trophy for each kickster
  2nd Place Trophy w/ cash money ($250)
  3rd Place Trophy w/ cash money ($100)

Fan Allegiance Award

   Fan Trophy w/ a $100 restaurant gift certificate
   for the team with most fans in attendance

The Consumption Cup

   Beer-shaped Trophy w/ a $100 restaurant gift certificate
   for the team plus their fans with the most beverages under their belts

Super Spirit Award

   Trophy-shaped trophy
   for the team with the most creative and enthusiastic teamsmanship

Toilet Bowl Champion

   Bronze toilet-shaped trophy
   for “the best of the worst” (a side tournament for early losing teams)
