YOU UP? A drive down Water St. revealed Insomnia Cookies' soon-to-open Eau Claire location: the former flagship Erbert & Gerbert's location.

Insomnia Cookies, the bakery chain known for delivering still-warm, fresh-made cookies as late as 3am, recently announced its plans to open its first Eau Claire location. Now, we know the address. 

This spring, the flagship Erbert & Gerbert's storefront on Water St. officially closed its doors (with plans to open a new location elsewhere in Eau Claire). Soon, Insomnia Cookies will open up shop at the 409 Water St. location. 

After Insomnia Cookies posted it would be opening an Eau Claire location – alongside 20-plus others across the country and overseas – we called the chain bakery to inquire about more deets. While a "Cookie Specialist" told Volume One they had no new information, a drive down Water St. this morning revealed window decals and its "coming soon" status. 

Oh, and who's that on the far left?

This guy. Whoever fed him after midnight, please don't give him any cookies.

According to those decals, Insomnia Cookies is now hiring for its local location.

Its pickup hours will be as follows, according to its website: Monday-Wednesday from 11am-1am; Thursday-Friday from 11am-3am; Saturday from noon-3am; and Sunday from noon-1am. 

Delivery hours will be: Monday-Wednesday from 11:15am-1am; Thursday-Friday from 11:15am-3am; Saturday from 12:15pm-3am; and Sunday from 12:15pm-1am.
