The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will make make their return this summer after last gracing the Chippewa Valley skies in 2022. The Chippewa Valley Air Show (CVAS) will welcome the aerial performance team once again from June 28-29, and tickets are now up for grabs!

The Chippewa Valley Regional Airport will be filled with on-site activities, static displays, and a bigger-than-ever Kid Zone, while the sky makes way for the legendary Blue Angels for the two-day event. Gates will open at 8:30am and the aerial show will run from about noon-4:15pm on both days.

General admission is $30 for adults, $15 for kids ages 6-16, and free for those under six years old. Additional tiers with reserved seating and more special features range from $85-$280. (Plus, from now until Nov. 30, snag a free souvenir program book with code PSFSPB at checkout online.)

“In addition to the mesmerizing performance by the Blue Angels, CVAS will feature an exciting roster of world-class aerobatic teams, historic aircraft displays, and interactive exhibits that offer a glimpse into the world of aviation and aerospace,” Tina Olson, the air show’s director, stated last winter when CVAs announced the 2025 event.

The 2025 show will see the Blue Angels flying the combat-proven F/A-18 Super Hornet and the Marine Corps’ premiere logistics support aircraft, the C-130J Super Hercules.

The Blue Angels have been visiting the Chippewa Valley since 1987, the aerial team a longtime favorite for folks of all ages, and has been hosted by the Chippewa Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America for years. The show’s profits support more than 60 organizations across the region.
