Visit Eau Claire Funds Boost Cultural, Tourism, and Sports Activities
grants include aid to organizations challenged by pandemic

Visit Eau Claire kicked off the summer by awarding $90,500 in Tourism and Cultural Arts grants to organizations and events in the Chippewa Valley. Included in the funding are $41,000 in one-time grants approved by Visit Eau Claire’s Board of Directors to help organizations still struggling with the impact of the pandemic, as well as $9,000 in grants from Visit Eau Claire’s Sports Commission.
The Tourism Grant program is intended to encourage tourism development and promotion through events that generate overnight stays, while the Cultural Arts Grants are awarded in partnership with the Wisconsin Arts Board and are intended to enhance the enjoyment and understanding of arts and culture in the region.

- Toward One Wisconsin Conference- The Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service (WIPPS)
- Wisconsin Farm Technology Days (Hospitality Shuttle, Hospitality Country Hoedown)
