The world is waiting for your art! If you’re a student aged 14-18 with a passion for creative writing, music, dance, theater, or visual arts, you should check out the Midwest Artist Academy. This week-long summer experience from July 11-18, 2021, offers educational opportunities at UW-Eau Claire with world-renowned instructors and artists to help you refine your skills – and meet fellow creatives!

At week’s end, you’ll work to create a collaborative showcase, which will be presented at the stunning Pablo Center at the Confluence. The deadline to apply is Feb. 1. The application asks for basic demographic information, course selection, a brief short answer question, and a creative sample.

Scholarships are available for students who have financial need to cover the $650 fee (reduced to $325, thanks to generous sponsors). There are also reduced-fee options for commuter students. For more information, check out midwestartistacademy.org.
