Ashley for the Arts: Good Tunes, Great Cause
Yia Lor |
Ashley for the Arts is celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer, and you won’t want to miss it. This must-attend festival draws more than 50,000 people from all over who come to enjoy some great entertainment, art, and family fun at a very affordable price that all goes to support charity.
The musical lineup includes big names like Rascal Flatts, Daughtry, Rick Springfield, Andy Grammer, and more. There are four stages to allow for multiple performances, including circus acts, local bands, and area school ensembles. There will be around 100 booths with art and craft vendors selling everything you need to indulge your creativity.
Lace up your running shoes for the Pursuit of a Cure 5K run/walk, which raises money for medical research and to offset medical-related costs for patients. Don’t forget to check out the classic car show and travel through decades of history.
Bring the kids and enjoy the carnival games, petting zoo, inflatable fun, and more. Try some delicious delights from many local food vendors. Order yourself some charcoal chicken, but leave room for the mini donuts, too.
Wristbands are available for purchase at Ashley HomeStores in Arcadia and Eau Claire. For just $10, your wristband gets you into the whole event all weekend long!
