Passing the Apron: Great Harvest Bread Co. Owners Looking to Sell

Measha Vieth |

Teri and Steve Neumann have owned and operated the Great Harvest Bread Co., 4324  Southtowne Plaza, Eau Claire, for almost two decades, and now the time has come to hang up the apron. They’re looking to sell the bakery. The business has brought countless delicious baked goods and thousands of loaves of bread to the Chippewa Valley over the years. Their bread is known all over the area and is popular with those who shop at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market. But fear not! Great Harvest will be staying a Great Harvest and the current owners want it to remain locally owned. “We’re looking for someone in the local area,” Terri said. “We really feel the owner would be someone from the community. We’re looking for a good fit, someone that can bring their gifts and talents to the table.” There’s been quite a bit of interest since the news was released. However, the Neumanns want to take time to make sure they find the perfect match. If you would like more information about potentially becoming the new owner of this lovely community bakery, you can call Teri and Steve at (715) 834-3727 or the main office at (800) 442-0424.
