Don’t pass up the opportunity to give back to the community by sampling cheese and beer.  On Friday, October 17, Gordy’s Valley Spirits is hosting its Fourth Annual “Uncorked” Autumn Wine Tasting Gala at Heartland Aviation, where all proceeds go to the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic. For only $40, you can mingle with your pinky in the air as you sample over 150 varieties of wine, craft beer, food and cheese, many of which are from Wisconsin, as well as around the globe. The gala will also feature a live auction, raffle prizes and the opportunity to win 101 bottles of wine! Uncorked goes from 6 to 9 pm, with a special VIP hour 5-6pm. Tickets for that are limited, so get them while they’re hot!  Although, let’s face it, when we support the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic, we’re all VIPs, am I right?
