For those who loved picking up treasure with their tomatoes last summer, it’s time to love shopping again. The Artist Market of Eau Claire returns this summer with an extended schedule, running every other Saturday, May 18 through Oct. 19, 7:30am to 1pm. The Artist Market is organized by downtown art shop Tangled Up in Hue and runs in conjunction with the Eau Claire Downtown Farmer’s Market in Phoenix Park, bringing the abundance of local art and crafts together with the abundance of locally grown food for a feel-good micro-economic extravaganza. Artists and crafters residing in the Chippewa Valley may apply for a juried booth at any point during the season, but are encouraged to apply early.
