2009 ended weeks ago, yet you may have found yourself needing one more yearly sports recap, one more way to encapsulate the athletic happenings of the previous year. You wanted the Athletic Aesthetic Facebook Live Feed Year In Review, and now you have it.

If you are unfamiliar with the concept, imagine if you had been Facebook friends with significant regional figures in sports, and how they would have posted the notable athletic occasions of the year on their Facebook pages. What would their status updates have been, what groups would they join, who would write on who’s Wall? This column goes some ways towards answering those questions.

As much as sports have changed over the last year, so has Facebook. The Live Feed went way, then came back. Since the Live Feed is more awesome to follow than the News Feed, we’ll spotlight the former. And the best part of this column? No Farmville updates.
