Volume One Staff

As a Media Strategist at Volume One, Joe Hujet partners with businesses throughout the Chippewa Valley to help promote and elevate their brands.

Originally from Appleton, WI, Joe ventured to Eau Claire in 2011 to attend UWEC. During his time as a Blugold, he was actively involved in the music department as a percussionist, and his musical pursuits led him to perform across the United States, South Africa, and several European countries.

After graduating in 2015 with degrees in both Music and Business Administration, he spent a short time in Indianapolis, then moved to Milwaukee where he began a career in the music publishing industry.

In 2021, he and his wife returned to Eau Claire to put down roots and be closer to family & friends. They welcomed their first child in 2024, and they also have a pet turtle.

Joe brings to Volume One a deep appreciation for the Chippewa Valley community, and a strong understanding of relationship-building. Outside of work hours, Joe enjoys playing golf, cooking, and spending time with his family. He also continues to play drums regularly, most often with the worship band at Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.
