The grand Viennese Ball returned to the Davies Center for its 50th year this past weekend, April 4-5. Inspired by the historic Kaiser Ball in Vienna, the royal-style extravaganza sprawls throughout multiple floors and rooms, providing ample music – largely thanks to UW-Eau Claire's choral, orchestral, band, and theater students – for dancing, space for visiting, and food and drink.

It also serves as an annual fundraiser for music, service, and international studies student scholarships (and a reason to get all dolled up). Here's a glimpse into the 50th Viennese Ball:
