Half Moon Beach in Eau Claire welcomed folks ready to take the plunge this past Saturday, March 4. The Eau Claire Polar Plunge helps raise funds for nearly 9,000 Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes, the state-wide event having raised almost $19 million since 1999.
