Volume One's Chalkfest 2014 was in downtown Eau Claire's Wilson Park on Saturday, August 2, with well over a hundred local and regional artists chalking up the park's various sidewalks. The artists worked all day long as thousands of onlookers meandered by to watch the work in progress.
