Reception: Susan Phelps-Pearson + Mitchell Spencer

On Thursday March 24, the Eau Claire Regional Art Center's new Janet Carson Gallery hosted the opening reception for Susan Phelps-Pearson and Mitchell Spencer's exhibition – running through April 22. Susan Phelps-Pearson's work utilizes a multitude of different techniques from traditional painting to large-scale assemblages. Mitchell Spencer, a digital photographer and cinematographer, brought the viewing audience into the exhibit as they are able to recreate the show as they see fit.
