The House of Rock delivered a rock triple punch on Saturday, Sept. 12, with South Farwell, The Excellent Adventure, and The Jim Pullman Band. South Farwell is rock awash in organ, rollicking piano, wailing guitar solos and commanding vocals. The Excellent Adventure boasts some of the best jam musicians in the region, including Bill Hamilton and Dan Sebern, all of which aim to play upbeat rock with sweet guitarmonies. And the JPB give Eau Claire modern rock its best bet, summoning up the fire of a Wisconsin summer.
