2020 was the year that podcasts took the Chippewa Valley by storm. But who out there has got the very best in local audio content? The most dulcet voice? The most compelling stories and interviews? That’s one of the questions we’re asking you in our annual Volume One’s Best of the Chippewa Valley Reader Poll.

This is the very first year our Best of the Chippewa Valley Reader's Poll has included a category for best podcast. There are a lot to choose from, so find your cast your vote and help determine the first crop of winners. It’s up to you to decide! Follow the link, then click your favorites:

The Best of the Chippewa Valley poll includes hundreds of questions about everything from your favorite curds, beers, and tacos to music, events, art, and local hangouts. This year, in our brand new “Masking & Sanitizing” category, we’re also asking readers to highlight the businesses, groups, and people who’ve done the best job responding to the coronavirus pandemic.

By participating, voting, and sharing, you’re helping local content makers get their voice out there and you'll be celebrating what you've been listening to in these turbulent times.

Voting is easier than ever this year – just log in with your Facebook or Google account or email address – but time is running out. The virtual polls close at midnight next Tuesday, Dec. 8. We know 2020 has been a challenging year for everybody, which is why we think it’s more important than ever to highlight and support the best businesses, people, and organizations who make the Chippewa Valley a great place to live!
