Golden Apples To The Chippewa Valley’s Best

V1 Staff |

In February, one educator or staff member from each of the Eau Claire Area School District’s 20 schools received a Golden Apple Award to celebrate their outstanding achievement and exceptional service to their school and student.  Bob Gallaher of WEAU 13 News, followed by a film crew, broke the news to each winner in surprise visits throughout the month of February, and the resulting segments were aired on WEAU. The Golden Apple festivities culminate with a banquet on Thursday, April 16 at Wild Ridge Golf Course.
