The 36th annual Decadent Cabaret wrapped up this weekend, resulting in a three-day extravaganza of notoriously good music performances. Local bands (and local super-groups) did cover sets of KISS, The Who, David Bowie, Tom Waits, Queen, Spinal Tap, and many others all while using elaborate costume and style to evoke the groups they covered. If you missed the event this year or just want to watch one of the great performances again, then we've got you covered. Featured below (scroll down) are a ton videos taken by Gary Schmaltz of Yam Cannon, Dressed the Kill, She Waits for Tom, Nancy Dawn Olson & The Super Friends, and FM Down. Yam Cannon’s cover of David Bowie’s Moonage Daydream (below) is a great example of the decadent costumes and style bands used at the event.
