Last weekend at the United States National Snow Carving Competition in Lake Geneva, Wis., Eau Claire artists Steve Bateman and Jason Anhorn teamed up with Wauwatosa artist David Andrews to win First Place … for the third year in a row. They're also the 2014 and 2013 champions. So a huge congratulations to these fine (and clearly unstoppable) guys, representing both Eau Claire and Wisconsin. The final piece shown here is truly fantastic. Check out some of this year's other amazing entries

You might recognize Bateman and Anhorn as "The Starvin' Carvists," who sculpt snow at Volume One's Winter After Hours event every Thursday night in Eau Claire's Boyd Park.
