Volume One is hosting its third annual Ink & Paper Print Show at the Volume One Gallery (inside The Local Store, 205 N Dewey St., Eau Claire) through the months of November and December, featuring prints from scores of local artists – from pros to hobbyists to students. The prints will be for sale, making an affordable solution to your home decorating needs.

Work has been submitted from around the region, including a number of submissions from UW-Eau Claire and UW-Stout students and some of the area’s finest artists – over 80 in all. A wide range of sizes and print styles will be on display – lithographs, intaglio, woodcuts, etchings, and many more – with multiple copies of hundreds of individual prints on sale.

Also featured is a selection of exclusive prints from recording artists POLICA, Volcano Choir, S.Carey, and grammy-winning Bon Iver, created by artists around the world and screen printed in Eau Claire by Ambient Inks. This is the first time most have been seen in the Chippewa Valley.

One of the nicest things about the print sale is the price tag. You can support local artists without breaking the bank. While prices range from less than $10 to as much as $200, most prints at the show clock in between $15 and $50.

An opening reception for Ink & Paper will be held Friday, November 7 from 6:30-8:30pm – during downtown Eau Claire's First Fridays event.
