This is a rare chance to help direct major community action that will impact Eau Claire for the next 50+ years.

Volume One is honored, excited, and considerably delighted to be hosting an online comment forum to collect your thoughts on new major events facilities in Eau Claire. A recent study conducted by Clear Vision Eau Claire (a local community action group) states, “The community has identified a multi-use event center as its foremost investment priority.” In response, local leaders are taking serious steps towards making it happen.

And they need your input.

So Volume One has set up VolumeOne.org/EventCenter as a place for Clear Vision Eau Claire officials to see your thoughts, comments, and concerns. Just click over there (now) and start commenting, and the people behind the new event center momentum will see it. We're serious – your input will be used to develop a plan for new facilities. (The webpage also includes a bunch of helpful info to get you thinking.)

This week, a public discussion will be held about the event center, and we’ll be providing live coverage – on March 29 at 7pm, right on VolumeOne.org/EventCenter. We’ll have a staffer at the meeting providing updates and commentary and live responses to your comments. You can listen to the discussion live on 88.3fm WHWC (and a web stream) and make your comments via our page.*

We’re trying to make it as easy as possible to participate in an extremely important public discussion. All you have to do is pay attention and say something.
