On Wednesday, February 29, Immaculate Conception Elementary students accepted the challenge to raise money to "brighten the day" of cancer patients that are currently receiving treatment, right here in Eau Claire. Students from Immaculate Conception raised $2514.00 and Eau Claire Ford matched with $500 for a grand total of $3014.00 to be donated to the American Cancer Society. This charity project is one of many that is organized by Regis Catholic Schools (RCS) during the 40 day lent season. – Anna Sizer
