You know Ben Hinz, right? Oh come on. Ben Hinz. The Dwarfcraft Devices guy. The local guy that makes those guitar pedals. The ones at Brickhouse. You know, The Ronald Raygun guy. No, not Matt Haapala. That's the drummer. Ben Hinz is the guitarist. You know who I'm talking about, right? OK. About time.

Well besides keeping busy with pedal creation and promoting the surround sound Ronald Raygun album, Ben Hinz recently got a creative bug and cranked out an entire album. Yeah. Seriously. He's done this about a half-dozen times at this point under the name Aen (The Local Store has four of those releases).

As he describes it: "It's a pretty experimental/droney/guitar and synth love story, with a few live improvs, a couple squaresnakes drone trains and some blunted hip hop drums. Try it! You'll like it!"

So go ahead and try it. You'll like it, reportedly.
