Eau Claire Regional Arts Center Art Gallery’s renovation and expansion (that’s been talked about for years) is just about ready to open. But there’s just one thing: it needs a name. Since ECRACAG is so darn long, and basically translates to most people as “The State Theatre Gallery,” the art-crazy folks over there are looking for your suggestions and input on what to call this awesome new space. So we’ve created a poll top see what you think of some initial ideas – and you can add your own names! The ECRAC folks will watch it like hawks until Oct. 22. The space will have a soft opening in November and December exhibitions, but the big opening splash will occur in January. So make your suggestions and vote away!
